Ukrainian beekeepers actively participate in the preparation of the XXXXIII International Apicultural Congress

The Office of the Organizing Committee of the XXXXIII International Apicultural Congress is a kind of beehive with an active life and work within. The daily routine of the All-Ukrainian NGO “Brotherhood of Ukrainian Beekeepers” and of course the preparation of the beekeepers community’s Global event, namely the XXXXIII International Apicultural Congress, is being done here.

The permanent work of the beekeepers in the Regional Divisions of the NGOs in terms of the preparation of the beekeeping facilities to the participation in the Congress Tourist Program requires many consultations, approvals and corrections. The tourist company “Terra Incognita”, responsible for the preparation of the professional routs for the Congress Delegates, and the specialists of the Organizing Committee provide the respective instructions to the beekeepers, conduct mutual coordinating meetings for effective work on organizing technical tours, pre and post torus.

The coordinating sessions of the Organizing Committee of the XXXXIII International Apicultural Congress and the Heads of the Working Commissions of the Organizing Committee of the XXXXIII International Apicultural Congress, namely the Head of the Chernihiv Regional division of the NGO “Brotherhood of Ukrainian Beekeepers”, the Head of the Chernihiv Region Working Commission Mr. Balash, the Head of the Sumy Regional division of the NGO “Brotherhood of Ukrainian Beekeepers”, the Head of the Sumy Region Working Commission Mr. Sheremet, the Head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional division of the NGO “Brotherhood of Ukrainian Beekeepers”, the Head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region Working Commission Mr. Khmeliak, the Head of the Mykolaiv Regional division of the NGO “Brotherhood of Ukrainian Beekeepers”, the Head of the Mykolaiv Region Working Commission Mr. Zhevanov, the Head of the Cherkassy Regional division of the NGO “Brotherhood of Ukrainian Beekeepers”, the Head of the Cherkassy Region Working Commission Mr. Moroz, the Head of the Lviv Regional division of the NGO “Brotherhood of Ukrainian Beekeepers”, the Head of the Lviv Region Working Commission Mr. Shevchuk, the Head of the Kirovograd Regional division of the NGO “Brotherhood of Ukrainian Beekeepers”, the Head of the Kirovograd Region Working Commission Mr. Zhupanenko were held on 2, 11, 13, 14 and 15 March 2013 respectively at the office of the Organizing Committee.

The questions of the readiness of beekeeping facilities of the regions represented by the Heads of the Working Commissions of the To make the lists of the professional beekeepers to join the tourist tour in the capacity of the consultants.for the Delegates visits in terms of the Congress Tourist Program were discussed in the first hand. Each representative of the beekeeping community in his Respective Region received an assignment as follows:

1. To make the lists of the professional beekeepers to join the tourist tour in the capacity of the consultants.

2. To make the lists of the beekeeper activists of the local divisions, their photos to be printed on banners that will be hanged in the IEC during the Congress.

3. To provide the Organizing Committee with the materials on preparation of the participation of the local divisions beekeepers in the Congress Social and Cultural Projects.

4. To support the Organizing Committee program “Apimondia for children” in the Regions with the participation of the children’s art educational facilities and the orphanages involving local beekeepers and local authorities’ representatives.

5. To continue conducting the Public outreach and communication with the beekeepers community in the local divisions with a view of Ukrainian beekeepers participation in the Congress in the capacity of Delegates.
