The Polish company Lyson will participate in the Apimondia Congress 2013

A meeting between the President of the Organizing Committee of the XXXXIII International Apimondia Congress Tetyana Vasylkivska and the leaders of the Polish company "Łysoń" Tomasz Łysoń and Rafał Krawczyk was held on November 26.

The Communication coordinator of the Organizing Committee Yuriy Riphyak and the ApiExpo Technical coordinator of the Organizing Committee Anatoliy Kharkovenko participated in the meeting.

During the negotiations at the Apimondia Congress in Buenos Aires (Argentina) in September this year, executives of the company "Łysoń" expressed their desire to participate in exhibitions of the Apimondia Congress 2013 in Kyiv. A place at ApiExpo was reserved for the company.

At today’s meeting Tetyana Vasylkivska told Polish colleagues about all events and programs to be held at the Congress. In particular, some social and cultural programs were presented. Some innovative programs, namely "Apimondia for Children", were approvingly welcomed. Mr. Tomasz said that there are local beekeeping organizations for children united into a single children’s organization in Poland. It is obvious that the Organizing Committee will propose the program “Apimondia for Children” for such children's organization.

The guests were interested in an opportunity to take part in the Contest Program, where one can demonstrate new technical solutions in beekeeping equipment and implements.

They were also interested in the tours to be offered to the delegates of the Apimondia Congress 2013. These tours will include interesting beekeeping facilities.

Tetyana Vasylkivska asked to convey her sincere greetings and wishes for success to the Head of the Poland’s Beekeeping Association Tadeusz Sabat.

Mr. Tomasz said that he intends to offer to participate in the exhibition ApiExpo 2013 as a general national stand of Poland to Polish colleagues-businessmen and Polish beekeeping community.

Some common business proposals on providing beekeepers of the NGO “Brotherhood of Ukrainian Beekeepers” (the organizer of the Apimondia Congress 2013) with high quality beekeeping equipment were discussed at the meeting.

The next meeting is scheduled for January 2012. And Tetyana Vasylkivska’s visit to Poland is scheduled for February-March.
