A highly effective top-level manager, agricultural consultant, expert economist, specialist in international marketing and advertising, researcher and lecturer in standardization, metrology and quality management of chemical processes, senior manager (development and commissioning) of Ukraine's first honey processing plant and first plant for the production of honey drinks, author of the methodological recommendations for students of the course "Beekeeping in Ukraine”, experienced negotiator and networker with a vast network of contacts. Under her leadership Ukrainian beekeeping products have won over 50 international awards and Ukraine has won the right to host the 43rd Apimondia Congress 2013.
