The Organizing Committee of the XXXXIII International Apimondia Congress became an exhibitor at “EXPO Apiary 2012”

The Organizing Committee of the XXXXIII International Apimondia Congress  became an exhibitor at "EXPO Apiary - 2012", which took place  at the International Exhibition Center (Kyiv, 15 Brovarsky Ave.) from 13 to 15 March. Organizers of the exhibition - Exhibition company "Trojan".

A series of meetings between the President of the Organizing Committee of the XXXXIII International Apimondia Congress VasylkivskaTetyana, the Secretary of the Organizing Committee of the XXXXIII International Apimondia CongressShmuliaSerhiy and the beekeepers present at the exhibition, guests and the exhibition participants were held during the exhibition. A lively interest of the Ukrainian beekeeping community in the ApimondiaCongress 2013 shows that the beekeepers have a great desirenot only to get acquainted with the achievements of the world beekeeping at the Apimondia Congress 2013, but also to participate in all Congress programs. These Congress programs are the scientific symposia, Exhibition ApiExpo 2013, Social programs, Cultural programs and Contest programs. The Ukrainian beekeepers can find the terms of programs participation on the website of the Apimondia Congress 2013. A lot of questions regarding the participation in the Congress Tourism program were asked by the beekeepers. All regions of Ukraine are involved in the Congress tourism events. The Heads of the regional organizations of the All-Ukrainian NGO “Brotherhood of Beekeepers of Ukraine”, the organizer of the Apimondia Congress 2013, are the heads of the working groups of the Organizing Committee in respective fields. They are responsible for submitting the information and materials on all apisites potentially attractive for visiting by the Congress delegates. Apisites must meet the relevant criteria. At present, these apisites are chosen in all regions of Ukraine and the AR of Crimea. In June-July 2012, members of the Organizing Committee will visit these places taking photos and shooting videos for the final preparation of tourist itineraries for the Congress delegates. Some changes may occur during a visit to such places. Some of the beekeepers have already submitted their materials on the Social programs participation (e.g. “Innovative technologies in beekeeping”) to the Organizing Committee. The beekeepers-researches, who have the officially patented inventions, will participate in this program. They will have a chance to present their achievements to the Ukrainian beekeeping community, as well as to the international experts. Beekeepers and other professional experts are submitting their materials and entries to the Contest programs.

The participation of the Organizing Committee in the exhibition resulted in the attracting new Congress participants.
