Tetyana Vasylkivska spoke at the Forum of Ukrainian Affairs

The President of the Organizing Committee of the XXXXIII International Apimondia Congress on the invitation of the General Secretary of the World Congress of Ukrainians Stephan Romaniv on March 24, 2012 attended the first Forum of Ukrainian Affairs.

Event organizer – the NGO “Ukrainian Affair”.Leaders and members of the public and political structures of Ukraine gathered at the culture & art centreof the National University of "Kyiv - Mohyla Academy" to present and discuss the public Ukrainian projects. The Forum combined three plenary sessions “The guard of national traditions”, “Economic principles”, “Ukrainian politicians and civil society”. The solemn opening, the prayer, churches’ welcoming speeches, Ukrainian artists’ greeting, fruitful and hard work during the plenary sessions,active audience,many interesting facts and global questions –it is the Forum of the Ukrainian spirit, Ukrainian dream.

During the discussion of the report under the title “In defense of the homeland”, TetyanaVasylkivska shared the information that the beekeepers of the All-Ukrainian NGO “Brotherhood of Beekeepers of Ukraine” support the remaining of Ukraine’s land resources in the state ownership. Agrarians’ work, including beekeepers, is the workfor the land and life on this earth. The International Apicultural Apimondia Congress to be held in Ukraine in 2013 has to demonstrate an exclusive importance of maintenance and revival of the Ukrainian beekeeping industry to improve the ecology, health of the nation, the preservation of country’s natural resources.
