The biggest national event in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, the XXIII International Agricultural Exhibition "AGRO-2011"was held at the Kiev International Exhibition Center. The Organizing Committee of the ХХХХІІІ International Apimondia Congress presented Ukrainian beekeeping and the future Apicultural Congress at the Agricultural Exhibition.
On Thursday, May 19, 2011 the Press conference entitled "Apimondia-2013 as the biggest international event after EURO-2012" was held at the conference hall of the news agency UNIAN.
