A traditional scientific program was held as part of the 42nd International Apicultural Congress Apimondia. The seven plenary sessions of the Scientific Committees of Apimondia and 21 thematic symposia were held during the Congress. The eight sessions of the Roundtable “Beekeeping around the world” also were held as part of the Apimondia Congress 2011.
The International Exhibition ApiEkspo 2011 was held as part of the 42nd International Apicultural Congress Apimondia from 21 to 25 September. Companies engaged in manufacturing of various beekeeping implements, clothing, manufacturing of hives and equipment for honey processing and other bee products were represented at the exhibition.
