Worldservice Group becomes the official accommodation booking agent for Apimondia Congress

The Organising Committee is happy to inform that Worldservice Group has been chosen an official accommodation booking agent. This is result of the tender for providing hotel services to the Congress participants, announced on the 20th of February.

The tender has attracted 5 applications from Ukrainian tourist agencies, 3 of them particularly strong. The final choice has not been made without tough debates, but at the end of the day the balance has been tilted in favor of Worldservice’s bet.

It’s main strong points were:

• Experience: Worldservice provides hospitality services for international events for more that 10 years already.
• Professionalism: Worldservice staff is highly skilled, responsive and brilliant in every kind of communication. We relally enjoyed working with them so far!
• Multitude of additional services, offered both to Congress delegates and Organisers, such as assistance in visa procedures, welcome desks, transportation, etc.
• Lower-than-market room rates, which Worldservice was able to negotiate for the Congress delegates.

We hope this is the beginning of a fruitful partnership, which will help us to make the Congress a great experience for every delegate in every aspect!

Tender for providing hotel services for the delegates and participants of the XXXXIIII International Apimondia Congress

Dear colleagues!

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like to announce a tender call for providing hotel services for the delegates and participants of the XXXXIIII International Apimondia Congress (hereinafter - the “Congress”).

Tender submission dates: February 20th -26th , 2013.
Consideration of tender proposals: February 27th – March 2nd, 2013.

The results of the tender call will be announced on March 4-5th, 2013.

The tender requires:

• Accommodation of the Congress delegates and participants at the hotels located in Kyiv closest to the International Exhibition Center within the period between September the 20th and October the 20th 2013;
• Securing the lowest possible room rates for the Congress delegates, as well as free breakfast and other possible benefits from the partner hotels;
• Negotiating maximum amount of complimentary rooms in the partner hotels;
• Providing the Congress delegates and participants that are staying in the partner hotels with all the necessary information as well as arranging free welcome desc at every partner hotel
• Transfers from the Kyiv airport/ train station for the delegates and participants of the Congress that will stay in the partner hotels;
• Transfer between the partner hotels and the venue of the Congress - International Exhibition Centre between September 29th and October 4th.
